Overall Score Color Representation Follow
Overview
The overall score appears on the Dashboard. This guide explains the color-coded scoring system used in the dashboard's overall score calculation, how to modify the data that affects color variations, and whether the colors can be customized.
What Does Each Color Represent?
The dashboard visually represents the overall score by color, each corresponding to a specific range. The color system helps users quickly identify the performance levels of various locations or scorecards. Here is the breakdown:
- Green: A score of 0.7 or higher indicates strong performance and suggests that the location meets or exceeds set goals.
- Yellow: Yellow indicates a score between 0.4 and 0.7. This range suggests a medium level of performance, meaning the location is doing moderately well but may have areas that need improvement.
- Red: A score of less than 0.4 indicates poor performance, indicating that the location is significantly underperforming and may require immediate attention.
Can I Modify the Data That Prompts the Variations of Colors?
By applying different filters, you can modify the data that affects the color variations in the overall score. Here are some ways to change the data:
- Date Range: You can adjust the date range to modify the data that feeds into the overall score. For example, you can filter for the last month, the trailing three months, or the entire year. The score and its associated color will be updated accordingly.
- Specific Locations: You can filter the data to include only specific locations. This allows you to generate an overall score (and corresponding color) for selected locations rather than all available ones.
- Years Open: To see how established locations perform, you can filter locations by their length of operation, such as 5 or 10 years.
- State or Region: Filters can be applied by geographical location, such as focusing on locations in a particular state like Arizona.
- Score Range: You can filter locations based on their current score range, selecting only those with scores in the green (0.7+), yellow (0.4-0.7), or red (<0.4) ranges.
Can I Customize the Colors?
Currently, the system does not provide the option to customize the colors used in the score display. The current colors—green, yellow, and red—are predefined and represent specific score thresholds.
However, future updates may include additional color customization options based on user preferences.
