Understanding Location Status Icons Follow
When you add a connection from the Available Connections page and then navigate to My Connections, you may notice one of three icons in front of each connection. These icons indicate the current status of your connection and provide important information about its functionality. Below is a guide to help you understand what each icon means.
1. Pink Cross Icon
- Description: This icon indicates that the connection has failed or is inactive.
- What it Means: The connection you have attempted to establish must be fixed. This could be due to incorrect credentials, network issues, or other technical problems.
- Action Required: You may need to recheck your connection settings or attempt to reconnect. If the problem persists, consult AutyFi support for further assistance.
2. Green Checkmark Icon
- Description: This icon shows the connection is active and working properly.
- What it Means: The connection is successfully established and functional. Data is being synced or processed as expected.
- No Action Required: Your connection works fine; no further action is needed.
3. Yellow Exclamation Mark Icon
- Description: This icon represents a warning or alert regarding the connection.
- What it Means: The connection may be experiencing issues that require attention. While it might still be partially functional, errors or potential problems could need addressing.
- Action Required: Review the connection details to identify the issue. You may need to take corrective action, such as updating credentials or checking for service interruptions.
