Sync Status Overview
The AutyFi Scorecard provides detailed sync status information next to each location. These statuses help users understand the connection and synchronization of data between the AutyFi system and the corresponding location. Below is a guide to understanding the different options you might encounter:
1. Connected - GRAY
- Last Sync: This shows the most recent time when the data from the location successfully synced with the system.
- Status: Connected—Indicates that the location is currently connected to the system and that the data synchronization has been completed successfully.
- Action: This section usually provides a link or button labeled "Details," where users can view more in-depth information about the sync process.
- Details: Process Completed – This confirms that the synchronization process was completed without issues.
Example: If you see "Last Sync: Date and Time," the last successful sync occurred on this date and time, and the data is currently up to date.
2. Reconnect - Pink
- Last Sync: Displays the last time the data was successfully synced before the connection issue occurred.
- Status: Reconnect – Indicates that the location is not currently connected to the system. This might happen if the authentication token has expired.
- Action: This section will typically show "Reconnect," prompting the user to take action.
- Details: The authentication token expired. Please click 'Connect' and reconnect the App – This message explains that the connection issue is due to an expired authentication token. The user needs to reconnect the app to resume data synchronization.
Example: If you see "Last Sync: Date and time," followed by a "Reconnect" status, it indicates that the last successful sync was on this date, but now you need to reconnect the location to the system.
What to Do When You See "Reconnect"
- Click on the "Reconnect" button or link provided.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate and re-establish the connection.
- Ensure that the app is properly configured and authorized to resume synchronization.
Understanding these statuses allows you to easily monitor and manage data synchronization between your locations and the AutyFi system, ensuring everything remains up-to-date and connected.
