Connecting Zendesk to AutyFi Follow
Step 1: Log In to AutyFi

Log in to your AutyFi.ai account.
Step 2: Access Connections

Find Connections in the left-hand menu options and click on it.

You will see the available connections on your screen.
Step 3: Add Zendesk

Find Zendesk in the list and click the + sign over it.

The connection has now been successfully added to My Connections.
Step 4: Connect Zendesk

Go to My Connections at the top of the page.

Locate your Zendesk connection, click the options icon under the Zendesk logo, and hit Connect.

After clicking on the Connect pop-up, you will see the following screen. Now, fill in the required fields.
Required Fields
To connect Zendesk with AutyFi.ai, you'll need to fill in the following required fields:

API Token
-
Account
-
Agent Email
Steps to Fill Required Fields
1. API Token
The API token is essential for authenticating your integration with Zendesk.
How to find your API Token:

Log in to your Zendesk account.

Go to Admin Center.
-
Click on Apps and Integrations in the sidebar.

Select APIs > Zendesk APIs.

Click the + Add API token button.
-
Name your token and click Create.

Copy the API token displayed.
Note: Keep your API token secure and do not share it publicly.
Enter your API Token in the provided field.
2. Account
Your account URL is needed to identify your Zendesk account.
How to find your Account URL:

Log in to your Zendesk account.
-
Your account URL typically looks like this:
https://{YourAccountName}.zendesk.com
.
Enter the full URL in the Account field.
3. Agent Email
The agent email is your email address for logging in and managing your Zendesk account.
How to find your Agent Email:

Log in to your Zendesk account.

Go to Admin Center.

Click on Account > Manage.

Your email should be listed under your account details.
Enter your Agent Email in the provided field.
Test Connection
After entering all the required information, click the Test Connection button to ensure everything is set up correctly. Now, hit the Connect button. If there are any issues, double-check the information you provided.
