Accessing Scorecard Templates

Log In:

1. Open your browser and go to the AutyFi login page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click the Login button to access your account.

Navigate to Scorecard:

1. Once logged in, click on Scorecard in the left-hand menu.
2. You will see the AutyFi Scorecard dashboard.

Creating a Custom Scorecard

Step-by-Step Guide

Enter Scorecard Details:

1. Scorecard Name: Enter a name for your scorecard in the Scorecard Name field.
2. Objective: Provide a clear objective for the scorecard in the Objective field.
3. Escalation Level: Choose an escalation level from the dropdown menu.
4. Responsible Party: Enter the responsible party's name for this scorecard.

Adding Metrics:

1. Metrics Library: Scroll down to the Metrics Library section.
2. Search: Use the search bar to find specific metrics you want to add.
3. Select Metric Type: Choose the metric type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Core Metrics).
4. Add Metrics: Click the + button next to the metrics you want to add. This will add them to the scorecard.

Configure Metrics:

1. Connection: Ensure the correct connection is selected for each metric.
2. Metric: Verify the metric name.
3. Goal: Set a goal for each metric, if applicable.
4. RP (Responsible Party): Assign a responsible party for each metric.
5. Description: Add a description for each metric to clarify what it tracks.
6. Tile Type: Choose the tile type for displaying the metric.

Save Your Scorecard:

1. Once you have added and configured all your metrics, click the Save Scorecard button on the right.

Additional Features

1. Back to Scorecard: If you need to return to the main scorecard screen, click the Back to Scorecard button.
2. Settings: Click the settings icon (gear icon) to adjust configurations and preferences for your scorecards.
3. Feedback: Use the feedback button on the right side of the screen to send your feedback to the AutyFi team.
