Choosing an AutyFi Billing Method Follow
Step-by-Step Guide
Log In and Access Organization Settings
- Login: Open your browser, go to the AutyFi login page, and enter your credentials.
- Select Organization: Click the organization icon at the top right corner and choose the desired organization from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing Preferences
- Gear Icon: Click the gear icon in the Organization section.
- Add New: Select Add New.
- Billing Preferences: Access the Billing Preferences section to access the select billing method.
Customize Billing Preferences
- Set Default Payment Method: Choose which payment method to use by default.
- Add a Credit Card: Input new credit card details.
- Remove a Credit Card: Delete outdated or unnecessary card information.
Steps to Manage Billing Preferences
- To set a Default Payment Method, select it from the available options.
- To Add a Credit Card, click ‘Add Card’, enter the details, and save.
- To Remove a Credit Card, click ‘Remove’ next to the card you wish to delete.
Tips
- Ensure your default payment method is up-to-date to avoid payment disruptions.
- Regularly review and clean up your saved payment methods.
