In AutyFi, the organizational hierarchy is displayed clearly and easily. Think of it as a big family tree where you can see all the different branches and how they connect. At the top, you have the main regions, and as you go down, you see more specific areas even more detailed. Each location fits neatly under these branches. This setup helps everyone know where they belong and who to contact, making teamwork smooth and efficient. The visual layout is designed to help you quickly find what you need, ensuring that every part of the organization is easy to navigate and understand.
Log In and Access Organization Settings
- Log In: Open your web browser, go to the AutyFi login page, and enter your credentials.
- Select Organization: Click the organization icon at the top right corner of the dashboard and choose the desired organization from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Hierarchy Management
- Access Settings: Click the gear icon in the Organization section at the top right corner.
- Hierarchy Tab: Select the Hierarchy tab at the top of the settings page to access the Hierarchy Management section.
Manage Hierarchy
- Hierarchy Management Screen:
- Unassigned Location: Locations not yet part of the hierarchy are listed here.
- Organizational Hierarchy: Your organization's hierarchy structure is displayed here.
- Add Node: Click the Add Node button to add new nodes.
- Move Locations: Use the arrows to move locations between Unassigned Location and Organizational Hierarchy.
Save Changes
- Save Changes: Click the Save Changes button at the bottom left to apply your updates.

- Navigate to the Hierarchy Settings section.
